This practice is to help you relieve stress and anxiety held in the upper body. 


The practice is for beginners or for anyone who holds their tension in the shoulders, neck, and back. 


Feel free to substitute this practice with your own if you like. 


The hypnosis session included is meant to take the place of a traditional shavasana (relaxation). You can do it seated or laying down. 


* Please consult your doctor before doing any type of physical activity.

* Do not do seated practice on a chair with wheels (if using a chair with wheels, please ensure they are in the locked position).
